The time has come to replace pro-abortion Congressman Ruben Hinojosa with a solid pro-life leader, who will fight for family values and lead District 15 with integrity.

As your pro-life, pro-family candidate, I promise to fight for what is important to you. I will not only fight against abortion, but also defend the family from those who wish to redefine marriage and promote a homosexual culture.

My opponent’s voting record demonstrates that he is not pro-life or pro-family. Mr. Hinojosa voted pro-abortion approximately 84% of the time and supported 100% of pro-homosexual legislation. He voted against a much-needed federal constitutional amendment to ban so-called same sex marriages.

I will also work to stop wasteful federal spending. Mr. Hinojosa recently voted to keep secret the names of congressmen who are responsible for wasting billions of your tax dollars.

I am in favor of tuition tax credits that would aid families. I also support the right of individuals to own firearms and will oppose efforts to require national gun registration.

My late wife, Texas native Georgia Ann, and I raised six children. I have had the honor of serving Texas as a teacher, an attorney, and a three term state legislator. Later I served as an Exempt Organizations Tax Law Specialist for the United States government.
